Terri Cooper, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
With more than ten years experience in gaming and 7 years in technology, Terri Cooper joined Paltronics in 2005 and is responsible for the operational and financial aspects of the company.
Her prior experience as a consultant helping technology companies obtain financing and develop flexible processes to support rapid ramping for explosive growth, made her the ideal choice for this role. Working primarily for pre-IPO and public high-technology companies in Silicon Valley, her consulting projects focused in the areas of optical networking for telecommunications and Internet security, in addition to a $2 billion M&A for a title insurance company.
Cooper spent ten years at International Game Technology (IGT) through its high growth years, joining in 1987. There she gained experience in finance specifically relating to progressives, wide-area progressives and strategic planning.
Cooper obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting from the University of Central Florida. She earned a Global Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
