Paltronics Inc. Signs Random Rewards™ Mystery Bonus Systems Development Contract

Chicago, IL - August 10, 2004 - Paltronics Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of casino gaming systems and display technology, today announced its decision to partner with Gaming Enhancements Inc. on July 30, 2004. Paltronics and Gaming Enhancements will work to co-develop Random Rewards™ Mystery Bonusing Systems for existing slot machines, which will be distributed through international and domestic jurisdictions.

Random Rewards™ will be unveiled in October 2004 at the Global Gaming Exposition, and will be initially available to casinos in the United States and Australia. Paltronics and Gaming Enhancements will create strategic sales plans for gaming jurisdictions in these regions, focusing installation of products in all major gaming markets.
