Paltronics Inc. Announces Mikohn Gaming Corp. Dismisses Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Chicago, IL - November 15, 2005 - Paltronics Inc., a world-leading manufacturer of casino gaming systems and display technology, has announced that Mikohn Gaming Corp. filed a Motion to Dismiss an infringement action against Paltronics along with a Covenant Not to Sue. The Motion and Covenant relate to progressive jackpot gaming system technology, Patent No. 5,344,144.
Mikohn Gaming, a manufacturer of progressive jackpot technology and visual displays for casinos, filed its patent infringement case against Paltronics in the U.S. District Court of Nevada in Las Vegas on August 17, 2004. It filed its Motion to Dismiss on November 7, 2005.
Paltronics still has actions pending against Mikohn for the invalidity and unenforceability of that same patent.
