Windows C/C++ Multimedia Software Developer

In this position your achievements will be highly visible. The ideal candidate has a BS in a related engineering discipline and 4+ yrs experience writing structured Windows/Embedded programs in a C/C++ development environment. Your code should demonstrate thorough understanding and usage of solid-coding techniques, proper documentation, portability, extensibility, and testability.
You must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, a good team player, able to multi-task in fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. You will be given an option to increase your knowledge through company supported classes and seminars.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years developing software.
- Minimum 2 years developing multimedia software.
- Application development experience: multimedia, image manipulation or similar software products on a Windows XP or CE platform required.
- Thorough knowledge of object oriented and/or modular software design.
- Expert knowledge of C/C++, DirectX, DirectShow, TCP/IP, 2D/3D graphics, MPEG2, multicast and streaming protocols.
- Proven ability to set and meet schedules.
- Working knowledge of a Source Control System.
- Experience using UML Diagram techniques preferred.
