Training & Implementation
After you have chosen the right system solution for your Casino, Paltronics makes every effort to ensure the installation goes smoothly. Our installation team configures the entire system for you in a timely manner, and begins in-house training immediately.
Paltronics remains in close contact with Casino staff and management throughout the duration of the installation, offering assistance and consultation as needed. And after you go live, our experienced technicians are available 24x7x365 to ensure your systems continue to run efficiently.
The process is as follows:
- Initial site survey
Three to five weeks prior to installation we hold a two to three hour review of all wiring of power and data plans, diagrams, and the actual installation.
- Site survey follow up
One to two weeks prior to installation. Review of any custom configurations that are required. Review to ensure proper power and data infrastructure is available to start installation.
- Central system install
Two to three days. Install central system hardware and validate network out to the floor.
- Display controller installations
Three to five days. This takes place once the network links are validated. Installation includes commissioning of each controller on the floor.
- Central System Configuration
Three to five days. Once the system network is live we begin the central system customizations that are required.
- Display Configuration
Two to three days. Set all initial display control authorization and feature levels including progressive system linking and any initial content loading.
- 48 hour burn-in
Two days. Our technical staff will run through various tests to ensure integrity over a 48-hour period.
- Finalize training and hand off system
Two to three days. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we typically respond within 2 hours.
