Training
Paltronics has several product training courses available
for the end user community. These include online
instructor led, classroom, and train the trainer.
Paltronics strongly supports the concept of pre-training
the technical team before the actual installation
(probably webcast), working together during installation
to provide on the job exposure, followed by classroom
training for a more formal review and discussion of the
products, and a 6 month follow-up training after the
team has had time to work with the product and likely
has more questions about how to best utilize the
products.
Paltronics' end user training is designed for those who
will be using, supporting, or maintaining the system.
Each course will give participants a thorough
understanding of each aspect of the system and will
provide the knowledge to perform all needed functions
within the system and program applications. The course
will consist of a combination of instructor led teaching
and hands on participation from attendees.
