Warranty
Paltronics provides a standard hardware and software
warranty to include 90 days parts and labor, with an
additional 9 months parts depot support. Extended
hardware warranty and software maintenance programs
are available to ensure long term support.
Paltronics provides telephone support at no additional
charge to its customers and can be reached 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. After that first 90
days, if a customer would like a Paltronics' service tech
dispatched to the property, then service charges will
apply.
Annual Software Maintenance Program
This service allows customers to continue the migration
of our product offering beyond the standard 1-year
support. The program provides the customer with
ongoing upgrade and new module updates via email.
These ongoing updates can be installed directly from the
link provided in the update. The customer can choose to
install or not based on the enhancement description
provided.
Extended Hardware Warranty
An Extended Warranty program exists to further protect
the actual hardware, but also includes the most efficient
upgrade path to acquiring the current versions of
hardware. The product warranty provides for product
replacement for up to a total of 6 years, giving the
customer a minimum life cycle of 7 years for our
product. The extended warranty program does not
include installation or service charges.
